Mitsubishi A6M3 Type 22 Zero

Client:

Flying Heritage Collection
Everett, WA

Our most recent restoration project was for Flying Heritage Collection, Everett, WA. Their Zero was recovered from Babo Island, Indonesia and taken to Russia for restoration from 1994-1997. It was then purchased by FHC and restoration continued at Chino, CA where it was converted to a two place airframe. From September 2010 to April 2012 Century Aviation completed the restoration of the fuselage, wings and tail surfaces and reassembly of the aircraft. We also assisted in run ups and flight tests. On April 21, 2012 she flew from Pangborn Airport to her home, Paine Field, and is now on display, and flying, at Flying Heritage Collection.
